For 18 months now we have been contacted by people who have been victims of scammers pretending to be Sunset. Unfortunately some of these people have paid the scammers money.

It is not Sunset if:-

The property is not in Javea, Moraira, Denia or other towns on the Costa Blanca North

You are not being given the opportunity to view the property

You are being asked to pay money to reserve the property without being given the opportunity to view it first

If the person who contacts you is anyone other than Alison, Mike or Oscar

If their bank account is in Ireland, Germany, Italy, Russia, Nigeria or anywhere else other than Spain and in the name of Sunset Real Estate Agency SL

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IF THE ABOVE APPLIES
